April - November

  • Saturday Celebrations- $5,200  (12 hours & up to 200 guests)
  • Friday / Sunday Celebrations- $3,600 (10 hours & up to 200 guests)
  • Intimate Celebration - $2,800 (8 hours, less than 100 guests, Fri./Sun only)

December - March

  • Saturday Celebration- $4,400  (12 hours & up to 200 guests)
  • Friday / Sunday Celebration- $3,200 (10 hours & up to 200 guests)
  • Intimate Celebration- $2,400 (8 hours, less than 100 guests, Fri./Sun only)

Event Date more than 6 months away:

  • A 25% nonrefundable deposit of the rental fee and a signed contract is required to reserve your date.
  • A 25% nonrefundable payment is due 6 months prior to your wedding date.
  • The remaining 50%, plus any additional services, and $400 refundable retainer is due 3 weeks prior to your wedding date.

Celebrations include:

  • We only host 1 Wedding per day in a private, secluded setting
  • 1 hour for rehearsal prior to event date, based on availability
  • Bridal/engagement photo shoot time (based on availability)
  • Choose your ceremony site ( gazebo, front porch, amongst the pecan trees, pavilion, etc.)
  • Set up and break down of all tables and chairs for ceremony and reception
  • 200 White folding chairs for ceremony
  • 200 White Garden chairs and 20- six ft. round tables for your reception
  • 4 eight ft. and 3 six ft. rectangle tables (for food, cake, gifts, etc.)
  • 2  30" small round tables (guest book, unity candle, sand ceremony, etc.)
  • 4 five ft. round tables
  • Discounted table linens (your color choice) for venue tables
  • We handle delivery, placement, and return of all linens from SEAT BY DESIGN
  • We do all the clean up, not to include outside vendor/caterer's clean up
  • Spacious Bride's dressing room with bathroom
  • Rustic & Spacious Groom's Room with Direct TV
  • Bear claw bathtub (great for drinks on ice- like an ice chest)
  • Portable PA system and microphones for wedding ceremony site
  • House PA system for reception (only for use if DJ is not hired)
  • DVD player and Televisions in Pavilion for slideshows
  • 6000 sq. ft. covered pavilion with ceiling fans and air conditioned restrooms
  • Mosquito misting system
  • Festive tree lighting
  • Approximately 2000 sq. ft. of pool patio decks (no use of pool except for floating decorations)
  • The privilege of securing your own caterer and other vendors (No in house required vendors)
  • Ample parking and Parking Attendants to assist guests (no valet parking)
  • On site management (does not coordinate or decorate)
